We are looking for a passionate Tennis Coach to join our professional team and support the growth of young athletes in an international, innovative, and excellence-driven environment. Key Responsibilities

As part of our coaching team, you will

• Design and deliver technical, tactical, and physical tennis training sessions tailored to different levels and age groups.

• Monitor individual progress, identify areas for improvement, and create personalized development plans.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and communicate progress to players and families.

• Promote positive values, teamwork, and sportsmanship on and off the court.

• Accompany players to tournaments and competitions, providing technical and emotional support throughout.

• Collaborate in organizing clinics, camps, and special tennis-related activities.

• Ensure proper use of facilities and adherence to academy rules.

Essential Requirements

• Official tennis coaching certification (minimum Level 1; higher or equivalent international qualifications are highly valued).

• At least 2 years of experience coaching young players in clubs, academies, or school teams.

• Advanced conversational English, as most of our students come from international backgrounds.

• Knowledge of sports-related first aid (preferred).

• Experience in team management or accompanying players to national/international tournaments is a plus.
